User Guarantee Terms and Conditions

4. Users must indicate the source of the data in all results generated using the data and should submit a copy of the results to NSSDC for archival purposes.

Liability for breach of contract

Once the data use application is approved, it is deemed that the user agrees to the above guarantee terms.
