User Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1.All users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the data provided by this Data Center.

2.Users shall not transfer the data obtained from this Data Center, whether for compensation or free of charge, including any new data created through unit conversions, media transformations, or changes in measurement methods.

3.Users shall not directly distribute the data obtained from this Data Center, nor use it as part of a database, product, or service intended for external distribution or external use. Users are also prohibited from indirectly using the data as a foundation for generating such materials.

4.Users must appropriately acknowledge the source of the data in all results derived from its use, and shall submit the relevant results to this Data Center for archival purposes. The acknowledgement format is as follows:

For metadata of the requested data already published on the center’s website, users should reference the unique permanent identifiers (such as DOI, CSTR) in the format required by the journal.

Liability for breach of contract

Once the data usage application is approved, it shall be deemed that the user has agreed to the above guarantee terms. In the event of a breach of this agreement, the Data Center reserves the right to issue a warning, suspend the provision of data services, and notify the user’s affiliated institution. In cases of serious violations or illegal activities, the Data Center will take appropriate action in accordance with national laws and regulations.
